About Us

Victoria established Victoria Hammond Interiors in 2001, specialising in interior design, curtain making and soft furnishings, working on prestigious projects mostly in London and surrounding counties.

Victoria went on to set up Victoria Hammond Academy in 2008, running accredited training courses in curtain making, soft furnishings and interior design. Victoria believes in training to a high standard using traditional hand sewing methods. The courses are tailored to suit all levels of ability and a high percentage of the students go on to set up their own curtain making business following training at the Academy.

Victoria Hammond Academy is accredited by AIM Awards, which is an approved British Awarding Body, regulated by Ofqual. We are also an approved member of other reputable organisations, including the Association of Master Upholsterers & Soft Furnishers, the British Institute of Interior Design and the Federation of Small Businesses.
